Utah Final Part…..

2 Sep

Aunt Nancy drove us to Kanarraville, which is just outside of Cedar City. Its a super small town with only a couple of streets, but it had a lot of fun things to shoot…

These two were in a staring contest with me. They won.

i HEARD this one before i even saw her, good Lord , it was like someone left the fire hose on!

The old gas station…

We wanted to take that old coke cooler over there in the corner, but i dont think the towns-folk would’ve looked to kindly on that.

typical barbwire photo…

Now, if i was to move to Utah i would FOR SURE move into this house…

no joke people, i wanted to go in and have a look around but im pretty sure that the people who are rebuilding it live in the trailer thats just next to it.

look at that door!

Now, ok.. Aunt Nancy asked if we wanted popcorn. sure – a quick three minute microwave bag of popcorn i rarely ever turn down. Well this was not the case. I see her pull this beauty out and pour some popcorn in. Ive only known one other couple that pops their popcorn on the stove – matt and rahcel – you guys would LOVE this!

Jack waits patiently for anything to fall…

This is what we woke up to on the day we were heading home. beautiful!

Thanks so much Aunt Nancy and UB, for making our visit so great.

PS – i got a popcorn maker in the mail yesterday!!! thank you guys!! cant wait to use it!

Welcome…you made our hearts rejoice that we have you as our niece and goddaughter. Your wonderful character, love and viewpoint on life is so well demonstrated by your ‘blog’. The photos speak a thousand words, but your words magnify the beauty of all you take in. Thanks for the laughs as well. I love to laugh, loud, long, hard and clear. It is a great blessing to have that in common and to share that with you. Enjoy your popping days!
    Love Always,
    UB and Aunt Nancy

We actually had a pop corn maker like that once but it got ruined and we never got another one. You should leave the pop corn making on the stove to Rob. Matt almost burnt down one of our apartments a long time ago, ever since I refuse to make it cause I’m scared.

The one with the cows, farm house and American flag is now my new desktop background. These pics make we want to go to Utah for sure. Thanks for sharing as always.

I remember when Matt and Rachel almost burned the apartment down, I highly doubt they were using such a fancy popcorn maker like that . I think I want one too!
