While Rob has been in LA for school most of last week and most of this week it’s been pretty boring around here as far as dinner goes. Here’s what I made one night last week…

Cinnamon pancakes with a cap full of vanilla. Berry shake.

    Sometimes I use the Banana Sour Cream Pancakes recipe from Barefoot Contessa. Peanut butter or almond butter would be delish on those!
